Terms of Service
By installing or using Recavra through Shopify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
The service
Recavra helps Shopify merchants assemble chargeback evidence: collecting order data you grant, drafting rebuttal letters, and exporting structured dossiers. We prepare files. Issuing banks and processors decide outcomes. We do not guarantee a win.
Your responsibilities
- You must review every AI-generated draft for accuracy before you submit it.
- You remain responsible for response deadlines set by Shopify or your payment gateway.
- You must keep the order and fulfillment records you provide accurate and lawful.
Fees
If a fee applies, it is disclosed at install or on the Shopify invoice. This marketing site does not publish a price list.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recavra is not liable for lost chargeback revenue, lost profits, or other indirect damages arising from use of the service. Liability is limited to amounts paid for the software, if any.
Data
You grant Recavra permission to process the Shopify store data required to build dispute packets, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your store data.
Termination
You can stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access for violations of these terms. Liability and data terms survive termination.
