Privacy Policy

Recavra (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects only what is needed to assemble chargeback evidence for a merchant who installs the app. This page describes that collection. It does not invent certifications we cannot show.

Information we collect

When you install Recavra, we may access Shopify data inside the scopes you approve, which can include:

• Order line items, amounts, and transaction statuses
• Shipping and billing details tied to those orders
• Fraud signals present on the order, such as AVS, CVV match, and IP location
• Dispute reason, evidence status, and disputed amount

How we use it

We use this data to draft rebuttal letters, structure evidence packs, and show you the disputes in your workspace. We do not sell merchant or customer data.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored on the infrastructure that runs the product app and is transmitted over HTTPS. We share data when you ask us to process a dispute through Shopify or a connected processor, or when a valid legal request requires it.

Shopify

The app operates inside the permissions granted at install. We do not claim access beyond those scopes.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete store data we hold. Uninstalling the app starts our deletion workflow under Shopify’s platform rules. Write to Support.
